Apricot

Pressed golden orange apricots dominate this uniquely tart cider that still remains highly drinkable. The Apricots add a subtle flavor that is like combining a peach and a plum but not as sweet. The Romans and Greeks had it right when they used apricots as a main ingredient of their drink known as the "Nectar of the Gods". The driest of our ciders leaves a lasting round finish that calls for more. May the Gods be appeased.

Welcome to Cidr!

This is your one stop shop for hard cider ratings and reviews! Think of this as Yelp or IMDB, but dedicated to hard cider. Use that search bar up top to search for ciders by name, sweetness, ingredients or the cidery they come from.

This is a project of passion for me, and I will work to add new ciders and features continuously. Come back frequently to see what's been added and changed!

What sets us apart?

How sweet or dry a cider can be is only sometimes advertised on the bottle, and even when that is on the bottle it can be different than how an average cider drinker would perceive how sweet or dry that cider is. The perfect example is that many ciders are advertised as "semi-dry" when many people would describe them as "sweet". Here at Cidr, we primarily show the average dryness/sweetness based on what our users have told us. This gives you a better idea of just how dry or sweet a cider will actually taste to you.
